Brett Steenbarger needs no introduction and this video he did with SMB Capital is absolutely awesome. Brett Steenbarger calls it ‘Getting off tilt’. I consider ‘Getting back in control’ an equally good title as it probably much better reflects the way I think right now. It does a great job explaining a lot of the reasons why I went to cash a few days ago. You will learn quite a bit about various concepts like: self efficacy, control and frustration to name but a few.
